Instructions
Cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized wedges for uniform cooking. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs (if using). Toss well to coat evenly.
Step 2: Air Fry the Wedges
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Parmesan Ranch Dip
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
