Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed (about 3 cups crushed)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Ranch Dressing (Homemade Optional):

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon dried dill

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon parsley

Salt & cracked pepper, to taste

1–2 tablespoons milk (to thin if desired)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and set aside.
Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket — be sure not to slice all the way through. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast with a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. Use toothpicks to seal the edges so the filling stays inside during baking.
Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and crushed Doritos in the third. Dip each stuffed chicken breast first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the crushed Doritos.
Place breaded chicken on the baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with oil for extra crispiness. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F and crust is golden and crisp.
While chicken bakes, make the ranch dressing. In a bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, herbs, and spices. Stir until smooth. Thin with milk if needed. Chill until ready to serve.
Remove toothpicks before serving. Plate each chicken breast with a generous drizzle or side of ranch dressing. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy immediately.
